INZ Consulting Services Co., Ltd. ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and complies with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA) of Thailand. This Privacy Policy describes how our mobile application ("App") handles user information.

We do not collect personally identifiable information (PII) such as names, emails, phone numbers, or precise location for marketing, sales, or profiling purposes. We may process limited technical information that is non-identifiable on its own, such as device model, operating system version, App version, and anonymized or aggregated crash/error diagnostics that do not contain personal identifiers.
Purpose of Data Usage
We use technical information solely to:
- Maintain App functionality and performance.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and improve stability.
- Maintain security and prevent abuse.

Lawful Basis under Thailand PDPA
Where applicable, we process technical information based on:
- Performance of contract: to provide and maintain App functionality you request.
- Legitimate interests: to secure and improve the App, provided such interests do not override your rights.
- Legal obligations: to comply with applicable laws or regulatory requirements.
We do not require consent for processing that is strictly necessary for these purposes. If consent is required for any future processing, we will obtain it before such processing begins.
Data Retention
Technical information is retained only as long as necessary to maintain and improve the App and meet legal or security requirements. We do not build personal profiles or marketing databases.
Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent user data. Limited technical information may be processed by trusted service providers (for example, crash analytics tools) solely for maintenance and troubleshooting, under appropriate contractual and security safeguards.
User Rights under PDPA

Our App is not directed to minors. If you are a minor under Thai law (generally under 20 years of age), you should use the App only with the consent and oversight of a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors without such consent.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be announced via App updates or our official website. Continued use of the App indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
